Three Dance Studios Under One Roof

A home away from home…

Located in Unit 220 in the Sheridan Mall in Historic Downtown
118 Centre Ave, Cochrane Alberta

Studio One:

A specialized studio space designed for our recreational and preschool-aged classes. This cozy studio helps dancers feel comfortable and confident in the studio environment—it’s the perfect size to avoid feeling too big or overwhelming for our youngest movers. Parents can enjoy a large viewing window to catch a glimpse of their budding ballerina in class. The space features a sprung floor with marley flooring, vibrant and stimulating colours, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

Studio Two:

Our largest studio, designed to reflect the size of an average performance stage. This space gives dancers the opportunity to train and rehearse in a setting that closely mirrors a real theatre environment. Studio Two features a sprung floor with marley flooring and large windows that provide natural light. During stage rehearsals, the room transforms as we set up curtains and lighting to simulate a full theatre experience, helping dancers prepare with confidence for the stage.

Studio Three:

Our medium-sized studio, ideal for focused and intensive training. This space features a sprung floor with marley flooring and large windows that bring in natural light, creating an energizing environment for dancers.

One of Studio Three’s standout features is the temporary wall. During larger rehearsals, the wall can be opened to connect with Studio Two, creating an expanded space for bigger group pieces and full-stage run-throughs.

Student Lounge

Our facility includes two washroom areas, one is equipped with changeroom stalls for dancer convenience. There is a water bottle fill station as well as a drinking fountain to keep dancers hydrated throughout their training.

Our mini kitchen provides an additional sink, multiple microwaves, and a fridge—perfect for busy evenings at the studio. The student lounge is designed with extra electrical outlets and a dedicated study desk area, giving dancers a comfortable space to work on homework between classes. We also offer 14 lockers available for seasonal rental, allowing dancers to store their belongings at the studio—especially helpful for those walking from school.

Oh, and did we mention all the studios are equipped with Air Conditioning.
